A dessert that mixes his Cuban heritage with the diversity of Miami.

After the outpour of support gained through the local community for this one-of-a-kind dessert, Jorge then took a leap of faith and began to expand a brand around this idea, finding a way for him to support himself financially while also helping the community.

If there is one thing we’ve learned from these hard times, is that it’s of paramount importance to support the community that surrounds us through more than just donating money, which is why he developed the pop-up dessert company Dolce Cartel, a cartel that aims to do good where the only bullets are bullets of love and the only weapons are his desserts, aiming to bring new flavors and beautiful initiatives with the power to change the world.
